Because the choice belongs to that person, if he follows that path, then things may be difficult, no matter how many problems may arise, but the person will know the destination, and after overcoming those difficulties, he will move forward and will achieve his destination. Whereas, on the other hand, for those who do not want to follow that path, motivation is only a thing for them.
- Before implementing any of the motivation, we should ask ourselves that, do we really want improvement or some betterment in our life? Or let it go as it is.
- Because let it go as it is going, it is called comfort zone. Meaning that the person does not want to do anything.

- Now, these are some things that almost everyone can do, but laziness comes in between. So now we have to include running and meditation in our regular habits to stay healthy.
- Even with a little, but we have to begin with ourselves. After that when we will become experts, we will not even know ourselves.
- It is just like, suppose an expert tells us how to play a game? But after that when we play with full hard work also with regular practice. So when we become a good or expert player in that game, we do not even know ourselves.
