Wise People told us from the starting point, that tenses are most vital, if we want to learn or communicate with any language(either it is English). These help us for conversation in a fluent way.
Then, what is the reason behind that we could not take fluency either with learning?
The main reason behind, When we want to communicate with our native language, we do not think about its reading but we want to think about its way of understanding.
Whereas, in case of studied the English language. We only have focus to read that. Instead of rote memorization, we should understand that.
So, when we learn tenses. We have clear about when to speak?(means future, present or past) and what to say(means vocabulary part).
Basically tenses tell us about aspests which are following as :- when(present, past, future), action(it contains verb) and state of being(it is a simple sentence, which may not depend upon when or verb).

Ram learns a book.
(b). Continuous tense :- it is used to make any sentence in continue present form.
Rule of this tense may very simple and it follow as (Subject +(is/am/are) +(verb +ing) +object)
For example :-
He is reading a newspaper.
Is shyam reading a newspaper?
Ram is playing cricket.
(c). Perfect tense :- it means anything is in completed form and verb does not contain ing form.
Rule of this tense may seem difficult and it follows as (Subject +(has/have) +verb( third form) +object)
For example :-

Anything which started from past, but the work still is going on and we does not know when it will gain its completed form. Then it is called Perfect continuous tense.
Rule of this tense may seem difficult and it follows as (Subject +(has/have) +been +verb(ing) +object)
