(a). Use a soft tongue

  • Once upon two shopkeepers used to sell Rabri in the market. One of the shopkeeper's Rabri was of very high quality while the other shopkeeper's quality was not very good.



  • But even if the quality was not very good, the sale of the second shopkeeper would have been much better than that of the first shopkeeper. The shop of the second shopkeeper used to be crowded with customers, but the first shopkeeper was not able to do business as well.



  • The reason behind this was that earlier the shopkeeper's manner of speaking and his words were very dirty and bad, due to which the customers did not like to visit his shop much.

  • "We should always be with good people," Acharya Chanakya says that "even a wise man becomes pessimistic at the same time when he starts listening to a foolish person, nurtures his evil thinking, or makes a wrong thinking person his good partner.



  • In fact, there are many people in the world who only focus on negative things. And such people spread negative energy wherever they go. Due to which the person coming in contact with them becomes completely demotivated.



  • And on this, Chanakya has also advised stay away from people who do such negative things. Because such people try to stop you from moving forward by demotivating with their words.
