Whatever you want to know, just search and thousands of millions of types of content in front of us. So let's start with How YouTube was made and what is its history?
 

 

  • So YouTube was started by three employees of the Paypal company, which were Chad Hurley, Jawed Karim And Steve Chan. In fact, Harley studied at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania before working at PayPal, and Jawed Karim and Steve Chen studied at the University of Illinois. Now the question comes that where did the concept of YouTube come from?




  • In fact, two types of things are said here too, according to the media, they say that the concept of YouTube came in the early days of 2005. When there was a dinner party at Steve Chen's apartment and there was some problem with the content sharing there. Actually Javed Karim was not in that party and he wanted to enjoy there through sharing. 


  • But even after trying, Steve could not share that long content till the end, and to solve this problem, he thought of creating a video-sharing website, where large files and content could also be shared easily. But Javed Karim says that this concept actually came in 2004. 



  • Well, when the trio discussed the concept of YouTube from each other, they started building a website inspired by the "Hot and Not" website. That website is an online dating website. 


  • YouTube's domain was registered on Fourteen February 2005, and the first content on this website was uploaded on April 30, 2005, titled "Me at the zoo", which was created at the San Diego Zoo and is still available on Youtube. 


How did youtube become popular?

  • By April 2006, investors were also found for YouTube and invested eleven and a half million dollars. Initially head office of youtube was in San Mateo.   • After which Youtube was officially launched in December. Even at that time, about eight lakh views were coming to this platform every day. A few months later, in 2006, Google announced that they would acquire youtube. After which, in November 2006, Google officially acquired this social media platform. 


  • In May 2007, YouTube's partner program was launched, which was based on Google Adsense.



  • Under this program, creators are paid for the advertisements placed on their content. Its ratio is something like that forty five percent this social media app takes and fifty five percent creator gets. It also started streaming from 2010, where for the first time they broadcast a total of seven IPL matches. In March 2010, YouTube's interface was also changed to make it user-friendly, and by that time the website had been viewed by nearly two billion people on a daily basis. In 2011, two days of content per minute and sixty hours of content per minute by 2012, and increasing like this, by 2017, about four hundred horses of content every minute were uploaded to YouTube. 




  • In same way, the social media platform is still touching new heights. Now YouTube has also officially launched shorts on which creators can easily put their content or earn a lot of money and fame.
