Nature of mindpower | conscious or subconscious | How mind work in a better form?
To improve our life, it is very important that we understand how our mind works in different genre also what do mean by conscious and subconscious mind with how we can improve our life by understanding the power of the mind.
In Psychology, we imagine or see the mind of human beings as different parts. Among these the mind is mainly divided into two parts.
Conscious or subconscious mind is not divided on any real physical basis, rather it is a concept of psychology or states of mind. By understanding this concept, we can bring a big change in our life.
Prior to conscious mind that what it is, Basically it is our conscious or active state, in which we make decisions either correct or not or do some work on the basis of thinking and reasoning.
Whereas, subconscious mind is like a storage room, which has the power to stores(contains) all our thoughts, experiences, perceptions and many more things. The subconscious mind does not make the decisions of reasoning and thinking, but it works in an automatic way based on our past experiences and perceptions.
(Such as any person think so much about his various unmotive thoughts and lost in his those due to subconsious mind.
Also if person wanted to be an actor but did not become and in some moments he lost in that thoughts either it makes him happy but it also due to subconsious mind.)
Conscious mind and subconscious mind can be understood by an another example, which is,
Whenever a person is learning to ride a bicycle, he has to control the bicycle carefully. In the beginning, he is not even able to balance rather than good cycler and is also a little scared.
But after few training when he learns to ride a bicycle, then he does not even need to think about controlling the bicycle rather than focus on it. Now the cycle is controlled by itself and now he can ride the bicycle while talking with friends or even doing some other work.
Subconscious mind or an autopilot system
When a child is learning to ride a bicycle, he is using his "Conscious Mind (need full focus and full training)". But when he practices cycling again and again, now this experience starts getting stored in his subconscious mind and gradually replaces the conscious mind into subconscious.
Our subconscious mind is like an autopilot system which works automatically on its own There is no need of any type of command.
All the automatic tasks like breathing, beating the heart, and various things are done by the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind has an important contribution in our habits and another different activities. But the question is how proper mind works in a better form?
Subconscious mind behaves as an autopilot system. But it is like a software or robot whose programming is done by the conscious mind. ( In computer language any software or robot needs proper programming for work well).
Similarly, subconscious mind is like a robot that cannot think of anything good or bad itself, it only works in an automated manner according to the programming already done.
Each of our thoughts has a significant impact on our subconscious mind, or it can be said that whatever we think or do, our subconscious mind gets programming and then later slowly subconscious mind is able to control that work. Seems to be
Our habits and perceptions are also constructed in this way and later that habit is automatically controlled by the subconscious mind. Another question is How to Program our Subconscious Mind?
It depends on us how we do the programming of our subconscious mind. Once the programming is done, the subconscious mind starts working according to it - whether the task is wrong or right.
Conscious mind also vital for us and it can be called the watchman or gatekeeper of ideas or thoughts. Actually, every thought of ours is like a seed and our subconscious mind is like a garden. Our conscious mind decides which seed in the subconscious mind is dwarf and which is not.
We may inadvertently do wrong programming of our subconscious mind. Such as if I think that I will not write this article today, then this little thought can slowly become a habit of postponing my work tomorrow.
Through deep meditation and meditation, we can slowly delete the wrong software installed in it by reprogramming the subconscious mind.
A robot called "subconscious mind" controls an important part of our life and this robot is controlled by the programming done by the conscious mind.
